thx for sharing & all the things you do to help those suffering through TSW! If I could travel back in time, I would not have eaten so much wheat, bread & ramen noodles. that stuff messed up my gut & diary made my eczema flares even worse. TSW was one of the toughest things I've gone through, everyday I had a dust pan full of dark brown dead skin flakes, and my entire body cracked & bled, while I still had to go to work on construction sites :( happy new year!

@Cheesypuffs Are you still shedding a lot? My son is going through TSW and he is shedding so much everyday looks like there is no end to it.

@@bernadette517 No, I actually recovered quite a bit. maybe 60%? I found out taking baths, reducing stress & finding any way to get good sleep helped speed up the recovery. thx for asking btw, I know it's a nightmare but it takes time for the adrenals & nerves to heal hope your son gets better soon! took me over a year b/c i still had to go to work in construction sites & do overtime
