absolutely brilliant thank you. when you mentioned that the four horsemen may have been closely related to the fall of rome, as well as what you said about cost of wheat being so expensive, it occurred to me that the book of revelation, specifically the end times, may have already happened. crucially it might be that it is a warning to every 'cycle' of life on earth that "history repeats itself". this would certainly add up when you consider what motivates those who gain too much power for anyone else to stop them, they destroy themselves, like the oroboros depicts. it seems to be all laid out in the seven deadly sins, with the famine horseman relating to greed and gluttony for eg. summary: psychopaths naturally gravitate towards the places of power in any society, and then entrench themselves in those positions; the ensuing depravity that follows, i can only assume is "the tribulation of the end times".

The biggest part of the Four Horsemen is the representation of the first horsemen. In many accounts there seems to make him out to be TWO symbols of the same thing: pestilence/starvation which goes more hand in hand with the third horseman, Plague. But (even in the bible) the first horsemen isn't Pestilence or Starvation, but Conquest. This still confuses me but I'm glad you brought it up too.

Didn't really age well. The rona is not as bad as other diseases in the past. It's not the black death after all. Imagine being a Christian in Eastern Europe during the Mongol invasion and the plague that followed. The earth had been salted in the carnage. The rider of the white horse is MUHAMMAD(the prophet of ISLAM). It's also worth discussing that while in pop culture they're often portrayed as villains/antagonists or just purely as evil, the Bible actually doesn't imply they are inherently evil. If anything they're portrayed as doing God's work, because the Lamb (Jesus) is the one breaking the seals and summoning them. Meaning the four horseman are a force of good bringing about the end times in order to prepare mankind for God's return and eventually bringing mankind back to heaven. In all instances there's an empire involved, that's being regarded as inherently impure, decadent and opressive to the righteous and which evokes a desire for its demise among Israelites and in this case the early christians (which originated from a jewish cult). As far as the present day is concerned, it is no different among some orthodox and militant muslims, that regard the West in pretty much the same qualifications. And in part western dominance in world affairs especially in the muslim world may well have provoked that sentiment. Unsure but we’re definitely at the end the rapture will occur very soon and then the tribulation which will be chaotic we don’t want to be left behind brothers and sisters!

You can rest assured the 4 horsemen are not here yet. When will they be here? The day you hear Israel has signed a 7 year peace plan with Arabs. Ending the age of grace and beginning the tribulation. He who brings these 2 parties together will be the antichrist ( the rider on the white horse ). We see he has a bow but no arrows. Imo representing a false peace. It could be someone associated with the U.N. as they use white vehicles. I could write a sermon on this. Maybe a future Assembly General of the U.N. bringing about a N.W O. He obtains the Kingdom by flatteries and through peace shall destroy many we are told in the book of Daniel. Even today peace keepers are sent to troubled spots around the 🌎 by the U.N. @The Gray Ghost You are correct because 1 day is as 1000 years and 1000 years is as 1 day to the Lord. So in God's mind JESUS ascended up to heaven 2 days ago. Beginning the last days. The early christains thought He would return in their lifetime.
