What do we actually know from Scripture about the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse? They represent the first four judgements of the Tribulation period and there coming is very significant. Here's my summary. Let me know what YOU think!

I think it's very clear that these horsemen, including the first one, aren't individuals, but events. I also think the fact that they come one after the other doesn't necessarily imply an order of events. It's saying that there will be conquering, which is always accompanied by war, as well as famine and death. All those things are related to each other and not separate events. I also think it doesn't make sense to think of death as an individual. When it says that Death is the last enemy destroyed and that it will be thrown inside the lake of fire, it means the entire concept of death and not just an individual (notice that hell itself is also thrown into the lake of fire). To me it's clear that that simbolizes the extinction of those concepts, as in from now on there will literally be no death and no hell, for they were conquered by Christ.

Jesus after his ressurection now has the keys of hell and death too...but also the key of David to rule Jerusalem. Isaiah says God said to Isreal they have made a covenant With Death? which may personify the beast in Revelation as both death his companion the false prophet could be hell? I heard before about the 3rd horsemen and the "dont hurt the oil and wine" that is symbolic to the Holy Spirit and blood. That when the Bible mentions oil and wine, symbolically, is Holy Spirit and blood.

I agree with your explanation that these seem to be four events. I heard a pastor say that he thinks the white horse is the word of God that goes into the world to conquer before the other three events unfold. He had some good points but I still disagree with that notion, because Jesus is the one opening the seals and they are judgements that come upon the whole earth.

They're historic in our stream of time. Christ is the one who conquered on his white horse, after the first Pentecost, after His one perfect sacrifice and continued through the Apostlic period of the early church. This is the time of the angel of the church at Ephesus of the seven churches and of the first seal.

Hear is the correct meaning. The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse are the 4 seasonal priests. (The 4 Horsemen were in the 1st 4 seals). The priests would teach in the Vestry House in Qumran. Each priest carried a colored banner signifying which season he taught in. The banner would be placed on the chair (horse) that he taught from in the vestry house. The priest for Spring carried a green banner (associated with sunrise & east). He taught March, April and May. He taught John's gospel. This was Atomus the Cypriot, the 'Gabriel' (Death). 'Hades' was Herod Antipas. The priest for Summer carried a white banner (associated with noon & south). He taught June, July and August. He taught Mark's gospel. This was Theophilus. The priest for Winter carried a black banner (associated with midnight & north). He taught December, January and February. He taught Matthew's gospel. This was Ananias the Samaritan, the Raphael. The 'seals' time period was from, June 49 AD to December 50AD & January 51 AD, the beginning of the Julian New Year. Here also, is the meaning of Rev.6:6. At 4pm, the time when Gentile fees were given, I heard James Niceta (Annas), head of fee paying Gentiles, on the Chancel step before Apollos, say: "Initiated Gentiles are to pay a denarius entrance fee. They are to pay over 3 years, a 3rd of a denarius each year, from Grade 9 'barley' to grade 7 'wheat'". There are also Gentile celibates. Do not exclude Gentile celibates who drink fermented wine.

So let me get this straight: your entire argument it's based, not on context, but soley on matching Greek words? Surely you are not arguing that every use of a certain Greek word has to necessarily be tied to every other use of that same word. If this is your entire argument, I must say, it's rather weak, especially when one considers that the context indicates the exact opposite. The horsemen all bring evil things on the earth, they are somehow linked together by this horse-and-rider picture, and the final horseman is death, the enemy of God. The first one then is not to be assumed to be an angel. He does have a crown given for the purpose of reigning (contrary to the crowns to the elders that were given as rewards). Same item (a crown) given for different purposes (a reward vs a symbol of authority). But nowhere are we told who gives the crown to the horseman, it is simple given to him by... someone... somewhere. Since he is going fourth to conquer on the earth, the reasonable assumption is that he recieves that crown on the earth. Your theory doesn't seem to follow logically.
