Anyone know how I can find HEMA people near me? I live in the US and there aren’t HEMA clubs for hours away

Hello. Please tell me where to buy such a jacket? And one more question, what would you recommend? When my legs get tired, my back knee falls inwards.
@FedericoMalagutti Жыл бұрын
It’s a standard AP jacked. Then I added the patch, hehe. The problem of knees collapsing inward is common. Unluckily I can’t explain clearly any solution here. But a good one would be working out with barbel squats with a professional instructor following you. Strengthening your legs is the best way to prevent it. But it may be also due to your natural conformation. Cheers!

@@FedericoMalagutti Thank you for your advice and response! The fact is that I squat with a barbell weighing 20 kilograms for six sets of ten reps to increase strength, as recommended by my coach. But it doesn't help(
@FedericoMalagutti Жыл бұрын
@@VitaliYanko it’s useful to gradually go up. Now I’m working with 94 kilos at range of 3 to 5 reps. It changed my life ;-)
