Federico have you tried Mike Tyson push ups....you won t regret it . Also I have been regularly using ball maces for years..very recommended.

I am now following a structured barbell training system followed by a professional, so I’ll stick to it ;-)

How is your progress on major three? I suppose you are more focused on a strenght progress than on a physique imrovements.

Yes, I’m also working on the overhead press, other that bench, squat and deadlift. Working over strength mainly. It’s going pretty well! I’m now focusing a bit on form on deadlift, while pushing forward with new PRs the others. I’ll maybe make a video at some point about my workout and PRs

And then there is psychological training. And who is not into mindfullness, meditation, introspection and visualization, should at least care for good sleep and rest!
