This is what everyone on earth is truly yearning for , regardless if they have even experienced this way of life. There are ppl in the population currently who have grown up this way and are definitely reflecting on how beautiful, simple and pure this lifestyle was. Well said Josh, the technology crap, peptides, bla bla , how much more confusing and overwhelming can life become. Thankyou for bringing this to light and spark those reminders of a pleasant lifestyle- simplicity with purpose and wholeness. I do believe society will be brought back to the basics by divine timing. The shakeup may be alarming however the essence is a must. I admire your interests and hopes for humans to live as intended by creator 💯🙏🏽🌎🕊️❤

Thanks🙏Josh your research about Hunza valley and green zone makes sense for the people who want to live in a natural environment. I myself go to the Appalachian mountains here and to Himalayan foothills the air is very energetic and so are the other three things. Once I come back everyone tells me that I have a glow and I myself feel like rejuvenated. Thanks 🙏 for sharing, hopefully we all can get a real experience of these NATURAL wonders , instead of arguing and fighting. Let’s all spread love, harmony & peace and keep everything natural 🙏

They also live at a high altitude, which is known to contributes to mitochondrial decoupling - like in other blue zone areas of the world. Mitochondrial decoupling increases longevity.

Ask any soldiers who had been there on multiple deployments; birth record keeping is poor and most of them die in their 50s. Retired Army Nurse and had been to the region a few times.

Can anybody tell me what are the 4 secrets? I don't have 7 minutes and 28 seconds.
@mrdeanvincent10 ай бұрын
Mineral water, healthy soil, walking and stress management. You didn't really miss anything, I kind of want my 7 minutes back.

Mineral water, soil fertilized with manure, walking, and low stress. None of this is so unusual, so it must be something else. probably genes.

Or poor record keeping 😂

Other factors for sure but how many of us actually return to the basics? Good water, food grown from good soil, daily steps and consistent stress management…?

They probably fake their birth date or don't even know it.
