@@jackmozenrath135 According to The Giggle the Toymaker hasn't played a game against the Doctor since TCT, which would make any encounters in between non-canon. However, the Toymaker alludes to rewriting the Doctor's timeline too.

When I first saw that Annette Badland would be voicing The Toymaker, I was curious how she'd portray him. Judging by this clip, she puts on a great performance and is quite chilling much like David Bailie. Say, i don't suppose you could upload a clip from Classic Doctors New Monsters 4?

Annette Badland plays the toymaker (or technically she's playing a woman possessed by the toymaker) I believe David Bailie hadn't yet passed away when this was recorded but he didn't appear in this
