First thing I would do is build a base fort for chilling out and pulling rips. Make it a cool place to hide emergency medicine, hang drone posters and allow it to be painted with graffiti. If you ever find free furniture throw it in the van and take it to the fort.

Keep your head up man. I know the project is overwhelming. Bring a reciprocating saw with you and just cut all of the branches you can reach from the ground. This will help you clear the land and open up spaces for everything else you need. Good luck, friend.

That’s what I came here to say. Get some funds budgeted for some gravel for the entrance. We have an 1/8 mile drive that’s gravel. Its pricey but there’s mat that we laid down before the gravel. It’ll help keep the gravel up top and from disappearing into the mud. Keep your head up Bot. Unhappy people are always going to be Karen’s and Richards online.

First off, NOT a fail. Things take time. Generally people that donate money (99% any way) have no interest in helping. They threw money at the problem, and thats it from them. These things take time. Doing 1 area at a time is the ONLY way to do it without getting over whelmed. You are going to need some type of a skid steer, or mini excavator on the property at all times. Mainly for making roads, and moving material, but also for pulling out the random car. I would suggest like a week long "event" this summer. Come to the park, camp, and HELP do things. If you can get a dozen people there, a week of organized work would make that place very useable. You got this Bot!

Me and my two buddies made a fpv park in 5 days, practically for free. We had 2 saws, an axe, a screwdriver and a couple of bottles of beer, not that we needed all this for flying, but in the end we did what we wanted. And now we fly there all the time. And sometimes we bring LED strips, power them from lion assemblies for LR and have fun with the lighting. The material was taken directly from the forest - dead wood, better free material for the fpv park. =)

You seem to have a great group of local people supporting you which is amazing! Perhaps you could nibble it out in phases which would enable you to bring in more help to accomplish more. You could figure out your spot for the campsites and prep that first. Then extend an invite for just a couple of simple fun camping weekends and the manpower to do more work on the park will arrive. Beers and grilling out after working is a great wind down to an accomplished day! Then you can branch out and accomplish projects as a group. Develop a focused plan of what you want to complete and knock em out one at a time with your camping manpower. I wish I was closer as I would be glad to bring tools and such to help. I love camping! Hell I'd do that every weekend if it was happening anywhere near me. Wish you the best of luck, and keep up the good fight Bot!

Unless you have cleared out a wooded property before, its really difficult to really grasp just how much work it is. Hell it took about 6 of us around 8-12hrs to fully clear out about a 100ft x 100ft chunk in the woods for a pole barn, and a narrow-ish driveway to get machinery in. Can't imagine trying to do much with 10 acres by hand, that is going to take years. Hope you get a lot more help, and hopefully someone that can bring in some larger equipment to streamline the process. (fellers, skidders, stump grinders, graders, trailers, etc)
