I actually think Trent has a better chance of winning a Ballon Dor at Liverpool. If he goes to Madrid, he is gonna be providing assists for Vini and Mbappe and they will get more votes naturally by being forwards. At Liverpool he can stand out as THE star of the team. Yeah I am sure Kimmich would love to be a backup for Rodri at Man City once he comes back in the summer. A guy that is also almost never injured. I think it would also be a genius idea for Man City, who are having a problem with aging players, to sign a 29 year old, who is gonna be 30 soon! Not Barcelona though, I am sure they wouldn't want an extra bit of physicality and experience in the midfield, Hansi Flick would probably hate seeing Kimmich, a guy who has had the best year of his career under him. The lack of knowledge about Bundesliga is really shocking. Alphonso Davies has terrible technique, passing and composure. His absurd speed is his one trick pony. He's 2. Bundesliga material, if he were of average speed. Kim Min Jae has stabilized this season and is playing very high level, considering how hard it is to defend with such a high line as Kompany has introduced at Bayern.

Son put his loyalty in a team that doesn't have a real desire to win. Throughout his Spurs career he made the choice to sign all the new contracts offered by Levy, who is infamous for not selling unless there is an insane deal or unless the player refuses to sign with one year left on their contracts like Erikson or Kane. He could have gone to winning teams and flourished. Now it's too late. I highly doubt that any top flight teams want him, even as a FA, unless he takes a huge pay cut. His best assets were his pace and finishing, but his insane pace isn't evident anymore like previous seasons where he absolutely shined, and his finishing has been sub-par too. Still a good player, but there are safer, if not better winger picks for teams competing to win the top leagues.

Two ManU fans commenting on Liverpool fans’ thoughts and feelings… hmm 🤔 A players legacy depends significantly on their fans affinity towards the player and that is more so in Liverpool than any other club. If Trent were to leave he will not be seen as this champion that he is now. He will be seen as just as one of the players who grew up in the academy, later got lucky to coincide with Klopp era ending up winning few trophies. He would be associated with the weakness and failure of that amazing team to achieve even bigger things because of his defensive frailty at crucial moments! As how the future will go, he will probably start off great in RM but he will end up struggling significantly in a more technical league and will get exploited by attackers conceding goals resulting in a unsatisfactory career from there on. Will get heat from RM fans and will realise at the end that grass is not always greener at the other side. Yes, may sound I’m being salty and ungrateful but this can be predicted so easily. I want the best for TAA and his best is and will be in LFC with KOP not in Madrid.
