Britney's story has been a tragedy from the very beginning. I feel so sad for her. I think her dad is acting really weird, and he's definitely a very selfish man, but the biggest enemy here is the media. They fabricate a narrative and there's not much anyone can do about it.

I think that even if Britney wasn't capable of looking after her own finances, the conservatorship still heavily favours her father and it was clear from the start that he pushed for it to happen out of selfish greed and control. Like in her past when she was young, he was only around when there was money. Thanks for shining more light on the movement!!

I haven't seen the documentary but I have two minds about this. 1. the Dad is taking advantage of his daughters fame and wants to control it for personal gain or 2. the dad is concerned about his daughters well being, and does not want to see her take another fall like last time. We can't know what he's thinking, but Britney is an adult, and has not shown any signs publically at least, of mental break down or trouble. However, we dont' know what goes on behind closed doors. I wish her all the best.

She's basically a prisoner, and also there's something about her dad that weirds me out... almost like he's using her for her money. Like she can't even go out to buy a coffee without her Dad scrutinising her every move, she's literally in her thirties... a fully grown adult. On top of that, she's got children and she had her custody of them taken away from her which would be heart breaking for anyone who has children. Damn, I feel so awful for her now.
