Long format ingredient videos are so nice to settle into while prepping food. I thoroughly enjoyed the air fryer videos since they’re more convenient in the middle of the week.

Hi, I Fry My Chicken In My Air Fryer... What I do Is I preheat my air fryer for 10 Minutes... For the Chicken marinade, I use Pepper, Turmeric, Meat curry powder, and soy sauce(Light or Dark doesn't matter) and after mixing I add a bit of table salt plus two cardamon & Clove and grind these together. I nicely massage the spices into the chicken and with a fork, I poke the chicken so that the herbs and aromatics get it to it. Add the soya sauce after rubbing the spices into the chicken. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then put it into the pre-heated air fryer... That's what I do

One tip: You could make a pickle out of cucumber, radish and chilli using sugar,vinegar and salt.

This is hilarious you shared this video today!😆 I made fried chicken and fried rice LAST night for family dinner- my tues is like your Wednesday. I have a great fried rice recipe I follow but had never done fried chicken before. First place I came looking for a video recipe was RIGHT HERE! And while you have some great stuff, I ended up with a basic recipe from somewhere else. THIS VIDEO would have been exactly what I was after 😅❤ At least I know which video I need for next time

Love everything you do! I made your chilli crisp, first time was cautious with the mildness of the dried peppers. But was missing the heat, second time I asked an Asian man at grocery which was hotter and went with it, doing half mild/half hot. Soooo delicious, next time I’m going full on hot. Bought all the ingredients for your Chilli oil too. So excited! I’m going to make that tomorrow. 😇🥰🙏

Hi Marion, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of two woks. Yep, purchased one for myself and one for my 86 year old Mum who just loves to watch you cook and who has a real love of stir fry meals. How are you ? Lilian here from Aruba. I am a big fan of your cooking. We are fortunate that almost all herbs are also available here. The only thing I can't understand is why you use so much sugar in everything. We also use sugar in our savory foods... but you use it in abundance. Furthermore, your cooking is excellent. I love frying chicken in the oven. Dry chicken is the key to any crispy chicken, specifically the skin 😊. I love your cooking tips. They’re always rolling around in my head 😅

I can't wait to try this Marion, I make this kind of sautéed (fried) chicken thighs a lot, like the extra pan and parchment idea, never tried that before. I love fried rice and this one is definitely a winner! Such a simple, glorious and delicious meal… yum 😋 love all your dishes. I hardly ever deep fry 😂 but I do roast a lot, and if I do do this technique you did , then I will do the same thing you did…. I do love my chicken skin especially crispy …. I’m watching from Syd at 12am while eating steamed dumplings and a red vinegar and chilli dipping … so good.

What I have done before with my 'fried' chicken is start it out in a cold pan without oil. It turned out just as crisp. Watching from South Africa

4:41 I'm in Charleston SC. I brine chicken while at work. Bake it. Remove skin afterwards. Then bake the skin (by itself) more . It's a crispy treat.

From the Netherlands, I love your Chinese salt and pepper chicken. This stir fry with the garlic, red pepper, black pepper and salt, maybe some spring onions. MY FAVORITE.

Hi Marion! Watching from Detroit, MI in the USA! My mom and I actually both love your videos! It's currently night time, I just got home from work, I'm having a glass of wine and I'm probably making this TOMORROW lol P.S. if you're air frying chicken, a little hit of cooking spray on lower heat until it's cooked, take out the chicken give it another light spritz and crank the heat up on the air fryer for CRISPY skin. Oh and for an upcoming Make It Wednesday, I'd like to see your FASTEST version of a Thai coconut curry because I love it and I'd like to see it more attainable on a weeknight!

_Jacques Pepin_ has a similar chicken thigh recipe. He keeps the bone in but mostly separates it from the meat, then cooks it entirely skin-side on low heat, covered. That's the method I use.
