What kind of yeast do you use for the pitas? I am so going to make this! I’ve always wanted to make my own gyro meat, even if it isn’t quite as traditional as you see in the souks! As much as I love the way our wonderful cook makes the meat pate by hand, I will have to use my food processor! I’ve never seen honey added to tzatziki-I will definitely try that. Thank you for all your lovely recipes and how beautifully they are filmed.

I am not sure what you mean? 💛 It is not falafel (made of chickpeas)- it is part ground beef and ground lamb meat cooked as a loaf and then placed on bread as slices.
