Gov brings oil--> nnpc (16/21 depots not working vandalism) --> goes to private depot owners (charging triple) --> nnpc (pay extra to get oil stored...pay for transport, other fees) 2 issues 1. Peter Obi is hearing how the fuel is been distributed, thus causing these hardship of scarcity to Nigerians. This petroleum belongs to Nigerians why can't nnpc distribute by themselves instead of these middle men and free charges. Peter Obi should stop refining petrol abroad. What is wrong with our refineries,? Even if they're broken, Nigeria have the money to build new ones or repair and upgrade the old ones
