Amazing interview! I am really happy to hear you discuss the "team" aspects of channel development. It seems like there comes a time with KZbinrs where the work is too much for just them, and I've witnessed some very solid creators get completely overwhelmed by the process because they are going through it alone. Their process has through evolution morphed into a quality level that cannot be replicated with regularity while keeping to a consistent upload schedule. Great discussion points.
