This was a wonderful video. Boom! Studios has done a great job with the Power Rangers comics and I am a big fan of the Omega Rangers. Seeing Jason, Zach and Trini get to continue to being rangers but on a wider scale is pretty awesome and their slick morphed forms do remind me of a combo of the Wind Rangers and the Thunder Rangers designs. Tommy deflected Jason's kick then Punched Jason in the gut and Jason also deflected Tommys kicks then gave Tommy an uppercut. Neither of those are curb stomps..... lol a curb stomp is when someone puts there foot on someone's head or neck then stomps them onto the ground with their foot on someones neck or head.

This is the first team that I know of that started with an even number of rangers and for some reason bugs me. So when the blue ranger betrayed them and it put them back at 3 it kinda gave my OCD mind some peace lol. But now that they might be 4 again, it feel like the new blue ranger will kinda be like the “6th” ranger for them.

Yo, 6th. So I just caught up with all of the Rangers issues in this new era, and I have to say, the new blue ranger has me beyond hyped. This Unlimited era the comics are exploring has had this growing narrative of identity. And the blue ranger now expands what a ranger can be. A cat ranger is crazy, but, the series even seems to be building to a robot ranger, with the Omega's ship captain, Xi almost wanting to be a ranger. It is a thrilling time of possibility, and I think that is what the rangers have always been about. Possibility.

So, I guess, since Jason became Omega Red and joined a new ranger team effectively, does this mean the Zeo arc doesn't, or hasn't, happened yet? It largely seems that most of the Boom comic takes place at some point during Season 2, just continuing and not getting the Ninja powers yet. Or even the Shogun powers. I suppose this is all closer to the original vision of the sentai series, where each series is isolated and separate, with no continuity between seasons. This is essentially a what-if continuation of MMPR Season 1.

I wouldn't be surprised if the blue ranger powers gave the alien cat the ability to talk when morphed. Since ranger powers have the ability to impart knowledge and skills to a person when morphed it could be possible it gives other non speaking creatures the ability to communicate.

the Omega Rangers lifted a heavy shadow that suffocated fans because outside of small mentions, we don’t hear about Trini given that her actress Thuy Trang passed away. And many has accepted the fact of Power Rangers writing Trini to have died. Thankfully, that’s NOT the case and finds out that Trini’s alive and well

i have to admit this original design is pretty cool and has a kinda ninja themed style, especially because of the typical ninja weapons. unfortunately you won't see this as a life-action, because every power rangers season is based on the japanese super sentai series and they're using the sentai footage for their own pr-series, but you know that already 😄

The current series simply titled Power Rangers follows the current Story. But you would need to read a mix of MMPR and Go Go Power Rangers to get their full story :)

Truth be told if Jason hadnt become the Omega Red Ranger and remembered everything that happened during the shattered grid event and helped Zordon and Tommy get the white ranger powers then who knows what would have happened.

I personally think that it would be an interesting twist if Jason does not end up coming back to Earth to become the 2nd Gold Zeo Ranger. Who knows, Trey may not be forced to give up his powers this time around. Or if Trey does lose his powers, Billy might get the chance to be Zeo Gold instead.

Its a new timeline cause of the Shattered grid event so who really knows whether or not the events of the series will happen. At this point its a coin toss on whether there will be a ninja,zeo or turbo ranger team or whether those teams will have the same people in each team.

In the comics, the main team hasn't gotten to the point of being Zeo rangers yet, so we haven't reached the point of Jason needing to choose between the gold Zeo or Omega red powers yet

Since everyone and anyone already knows about the MMPR series teams on the series, why not leave them be and make the Omega Rangers the main team of the boom timeline.

Personally, if BOOM wanted to cover ninja, Zeo and turbo, I'd at least give it a try. I'm not a major fan of this Empyrial arc, especially with what they're doing with Drakkon, but Ryan Parrot especially has proven himself to be a talented writer, and I'm ready to read more of what he makes
