You made a great video and raised a lot of points. I'm 62 and my health is great, but sometimes I think it's not my lifestyle but my genes! I don't drink alcohol, I don't drink much coffee, I don't do drugs. And despite the fact that I contracted PTSD at a young age due to a hospital admission, I lead a very normal life, I work as an ambulance driver and only see sick people, many old people but also a lot of younger people! I stopped eating sugar for a while and I can honestly say that during that time I felt 50% better and felt better about myself! My story probably doesn't interest you, but thank you for a great video! ❤👍🏻

Go back to no added sugar again. It will really help. Mary Ruddick convinced me that how and what we eat can make a huge difference.

its not only what we eat but we can absorb, we all need enzymes, minerals on top of what Chervin is saying here. @@bonnieo8

Quit your toxic job if you can...everything else will fall into place and you'll realise how bad a "job" messes with your entire being.... March 2022 I quit drinking, I thought my drinking was affecting my work, making me unhappy etc..cue April 2023 and a year sober- nothing changed, I still hated my job, my boss...so I took a good hard look at my finances, claimed my (exceedingly meagre)pension early at 55 and left.... Still sober, no drugs/tobacco/sugar, back on the healthy ketovore way of eating, regular hiking, biking 4-500 miles a month, swimming in the local loch here in the Scottish Highlands, and I wake up when light enters the room and go to bed to time 8-9hrs towards that....Hope I never hear an alarm clock ever again... I may be financially limited but I'm taking some lessons from the stoics and also Walden.... I have everything around me I could possibly need, and time is way more important than money. Next summer it's going to be some big bike tours/distance walks and leave the technology at home....
