The Funky Bass

Ok, I made this up on the spot when I was warming up. I had the bass slap idea and add some improvisations along with it. I named the song Funky Bass then thought is it bass or bass(fish)

It seems to have been given a little reverb or something so it sounds as if it is being played in a room. So visually this seemed out of context or odd to the beautiful outdoors. Is it just me? However, I like seeing the performances in different locations.

Interesting; I usually mix outdoor sound a bit with the direct sound. Places like the ocean or where there is a little breeze or birds work well. The location here was perfectly still that day. This recording was direct. I will take that into account more. Thank you for the tip!
