Katherine Ryan obviously fake laughing but I can see why - everyone has a different sense of humor regardless of 'getting the joke' - this seems more about the guys getting on board with Joe's persona and anticipating the laughs, and she feels like she has to get on board as well. You don't want to sit on a panel and be the only one obviously not laughing, that would be awkward.
