By arguing that the future of work is hybrid and a mix of the best of both worlds, the talk highlights that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution and the need to explore individual preferences. Thereby, the talk covers trends, potentials, and threats as well as implications of how to embark on the journey toward a digital workplace. Dr. Pauline Weritz has a passion for digital transformation and its impact on the future of work and her interests include leadership, culture, and responsibility in the digital age. Her educational background in psychology and information systems management offers Pauline a strong foundation for her current position as an Assistant Professor for Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Consultancy at the BMS faculty of UT. Pauline is also the co-founder of the digital consultancy vaerk, a start-up based in Germany. Her TED talk will dive into the digital transformation of work, the key trends, opportunities and challenges, and implications for the future workforce.
