Slow development does not bring new customers. There are no new moving parts required. Should be able to do the aero testing and structural testing quickly

Alas, Bombardier does not have the capital to take such a risk. All it does is update the models it currently has as there is a proven market for them. A large aero-technology company needs to buy Bombardier, or a billionaire with an appetite for risk.
