Sure, you build up a person to humanize your brand, and people like them and then they demand more money or they quit and take that audience you had them build with them. Solid idea.

I didn’t get it initially. Thanks for explaining it here. I thought initially that the employees are the in house creators, but from my experience, the employees end up not sticking to posting schedules.

Its not the schedule that's the problem. It's that you pay someone to be the face of your company and then employees do what employees do, they find another job. Now your audience goes with them.

I swear you are stalking me, I have had this challenge with my clients…mostly where the principle is tied up with client dev and personal branding.. but the business is left with no one to engage with the on the ground interactions. This might be a solution..

Congratulations, @robykatai, for your material. I found it very interesting and relevant. I agree with your concept, especially using your employees to promote your services. I'm unsure about hiring influencers to promote your products and do some extra work. This model is already happening with many influencers, and the moment a person becomes a "promoter" for all kinds of services, I unfollow them. I have friends who start promoting restaurants where they eat (in a very promotional manner) or other things like that, and I unfollow them. I don't think they are experts in that area to promote them; they get a paycheck. It must be genuine and transparent that they believe in that product. Keep up the good work, and thank you, @thefutur, for this material.
