I loved how Professor Ginka Toegel demonstrated the concepts she was talking about as she received what I would call the facilitator’s arrogance and turned it around throughout. This is the invisible kind of arrogance that can be excused as doing one’s job, but it is ultimately “controlling” and what the session is about eradicating. I wonder if that was a part of the subtle design of the webinar? I would only improve it by having the leader (in this case the professor) better facilitate the learning of her counterpart facilitator and thereby offer a needed layer of benefit here.
