I love pedals and have a long wish list, but damn It’s getting really hard to justify buying $150 to $200+ pedals when you can get all these usable tones for $149. STL and Neural DSP are killing it right now. I have STL’s Andy James and Will Putney and DSP’s Abasi all high quality I’m just scratching the surface of the sounds in these. This ToneHub could be a real game changer. Those pedals will have to wait for now.

@@Crispeacock You can't disable the cab section in Tonehub. And it's ridiculous, because they gave us Libra which is awesome, but with Tonehub is useless. But 1+1= 2. In this particular case: 49,99$ + 199$ = 248,99. Nice profit from one customer.

Looks like a forward thinking release from STL tones. Like the tonecloud before it but much more refined in getting not only other guitar players on board adding their amps/tones but producers as well. Pretty cool stuff, would be sick if they could expand presets later on to say adding in some of their (producers) personal console/outboard gear characteristics. Didn’t they do something like that with the Will Putney suite with that Blue module in the chain? (Can’t remember if it was a post eq or compressor or something?).

Hell, I'm still getting plenty of miles from their free Ignite Emissary suite. This and Libra has got my full attention. Neural DSP has made a strong case for being the company that gets my first plugin purchase for a while, but I'm thinking STL has won that lil internal debate.

A bit of a no brainier for guitar enthusiasts and I would say great for new players as well. The packs may seem a little pricey, but when you think for $60 you are having a world class producer set up their best rigs for you, that seems a bargain. Great video, thanks!

I was impressed with your video about neural dsp granophyre, I had tried the demo and I was about to buy it. Now that I see this I would like to try this but there is no demo until 3rd April. So I guess I will wait until them to try it by myself and if its not better than my neuralDSP plugins I will stick with them. Btw, in terms of sound quality what do you think? Is this as good as neural dsp granophyre?

Ha ha im in pretty much the same predicament. I want to buy one plugin to last me and my granophyre trial just ended, which I was about to buy, but then this dropped...I can see a lot more potential flexibility in this so now I'm having second thoughts.😆 I'm quite liking listening to the Lasse Lammert preset pack audio examples and the demos people have done on YT. But yeah, wait til April for a demo or chance it now at a discount? Such decisions....😜
