Beginning around the 20:00 minute mark, in many ways, he's describing the old style department store where you could meet your friends for lunch in the dining room...and buy baked goods to take home. Have your hair done in the salon. Have a fitting, with alterations done by store staff. Watch new product demonstrations. Get your gifts wrapped in the gift wrap center. Basically, everything under one roof.
