If the Welsh had any sense, and the WRU haven't demonstrated that they have much, they'd make Sean Lynn and offer he can't refuse. And give him responsibility for the whole of women's rugby in Wales. The big question is, would he accept it?

Would he accept it? I suspect if they answered his initial questions correctly then he'd be open to it. He's said "A few girls have asked and said what's going on and I just said, 'look my full concentration is here'. There would be a few questions I'd need to ask the WRU straight away but that's where it is at the moment."
