Absoutely amazing - that melodeon playing is really something else - not an easy instrument - and she's really mastered it - the smile on her face says it all really

A brilliant rendition of music from the Penguin Cafe Orchestra. written by Simon Jeffes. They were great and enthusiastic but this tops it all.. Never heard anyone do it as well as these two.

Amazing. Do you know how hard these tunes are to play?

The tune that starts at 3:08 is Music For A Found Harmonium, it's not the easiest. It's tricky because it has many parts (I believe they play 6 parts in this particular instance), you have to make sure not to get lost in the structure. It also is very repetitive, and repeating notes can be harder than flowing melody lines. It also features a part in F major (F# here) which is uncommon in Irish music, and some instruments will struggle with it (like the whistle or keyless flute, or harp, or pipe). And they play it quite quickly!

@@FostersLab Penguin Cafe Orchestra been listening to that ensemble since the late 70's. pity Simon the lead, died so young.

What makes you say that? I’m not hearing or seeing any evidence of any playback.

Did you mean that playing this recording back at half the normal speed is worthwhile?
