OKC got murdered by injuries at the start of the year. Think I saw a match where they were down to 8 players! Injuries overall were pretty bad this year, but lacking KD and Westbrook, as well as other stars of the league like Paul George made the season a lot less fun than it could've been.
@justinmercado12519 жыл бұрын
MeesterSun you'll see that this year. i have okc taking it this year if my lakers cant. the way durant was playing his limited time was incredible. he 30 points against gsw in just 19 minutes. and then westbrook..... we all saw what he did this season.

justin mercado Yea. I'm not taking anything away from Golden State - they were the best team for the 14-15 season and deserved the chip - but they didn't have to go against the Clippers, Spurs, or OKC. Those teams had better matchups against them and would have been more entertaining IMO. People seem to have forgotten about who KD is and I would like him to remind them next year!

did kyrie realy think he could take the mamba
@Ant0ni008 жыл бұрын
+SwankaHD He did. Back then when he first challenged Kobe about 4 or 5 years ago, I think he would have lost. Some of the stuff he's doing in this game when he had an opportunity against Kobe are pretty amateurish. Trying to back down and post up someone who's about 4 inches taller than you and can actually use their physical advantage to great effect, is a bad decision, as evidenced by Kyrie getting his shot blocked. Trying to jump late to block a three on someone 4 inches taller than you is also a bad decision. I think he wanted his Iverson/Jordan moment to work out. Watching the few times he held Kobe you can see what the result of a 1v1 would look like between these two. Kobe would score 11 by simply posting at the elbow and doing turnaround fadeaways 11 times. Maybe if they played alternating possessions Kyrie would have had a chance, but no way in hell he would have won a 1v1 against Kobe 4 or 5 years ago.

That post up just proved how inexperienced he was compared to Kobe. As a point guard you never want to find yourself in a post position at the top of the key against someone bigger than you. You limit your court vision and therefore limit your options. He decided to do a turnaround J but got it swatted because he was too naive.
@richiemorales84528 жыл бұрын
Let it go, Kobe blocked him once because he was naive that's all. he didn't even wanna fuck with Kyrie in the 4th quarter lol. Kobe is the goat..but lets just be honest...Kyrie can get passed kobe and has the ability and finesse to score over any man 1v1. He can do it against any defensive player ever. He's just that good. @richiemorales84528 жыл бұрын
The difference is that Kyrie is only 24 and Steph is 28. Kyrie has always been a star in this league while Steph just showed up 2 years ago. Kyrie is a better all around player and can score more ways that Steph, dribbles the ball better than Steph, and defends way better than Steph. Steph is a beast, don't get me wrong, but he really only has his 3 point shooting to show for and being apart of the best team/organization only makes that 3 point talent more viable. Kyrie is also a great 3 point shooter. GSW was great for basketball, but a lot of people are brainwashed and have a one track mind because all the hype....but it is great for basketball.

MJ is most popular because he the goat and would beat them all 🐐
@erikmerced63295 жыл бұрын
Jordon is the best team player ever. LeBron changes the way his teammates play; he needs shooters. Look at Bosh and Kevin Love. Jordon let everybody get fed. And if he had to, he would take over

Kobe may not be the goat but he's the most skilled basketball player of all time
@liml81245 жыл бұрын
yeah, skills are result of hard work, and Kobe has the right to take tough shots because he practiced them 1000 times

How many times did Kyrie lead "his" team to the playoffs before LeBron came back?

Wow the hate for Kyrie is strong in this comments section. Guess he's doing something right. Compare him to Steph all you want but individual battles mean shit when you think about it, both have a ring but Kyrie has Steph's number. Steph might be better but Kyrie has a higher ceiling and he can take him to school whenever he wants. Would rather have that than a bunch of haters saying Curry > Kyrie

All the Lebron fans can argue is stats but a true baller/fan would know Kobe is better, I watched one Lebron game and I got bored to death cause all he could put up was dunks and layups sometimes it isn't about stats and just the way they play. That's why no one can compare Lebron to Michael but can compare Kobe to michael

But Ai 2.0 couldn't get past this 🐐.

Zaki Bardu I wouldn't call him a.i. 2.0 tbh... I'd say a.i. Had better handles, but that's debatable... However, a.i. Was way more aggressive & would attack the paint regardless of who was there, while kyrie's more of a "find an open angle" guy... Nothing wrong with either style, they're just different
