Despite following the Codex rigidly, Leandros actually violates the Codex by calling the Inquistion on Titus as the Codex states clearly that if any of the battle brothers are suspected of heresy, they must be reported to the nearest chapter Chaplain or Librarian, not the Inquisition.

45:34 slight correction While he’s technically a lord, he prefers “Duke” which isn’t a official Necron rank And the reason he loves stealing Scarabs and other such things is because of a punishment. Due to him killing everyone after waking up, the Pharron pardoned him but removed the ability to have troops in his control…but scarabs aren’t troops, they are tools. And there are no limits to how many tools 1 individual can use
