@slayeraddiction You wouldn't get to keep the Mac's. It would be like a mobile tech lab. Students would sign out a Mac for a certain amount of time and then bring it back.

@slayeraddiction As said below, I'm willing to bet that those aren't even close to top of the line Mac's. They weren't even using mouses! (mice?) Also, you have to think that the school is located in a town/city that has high taxes, so the schools gets more money to upgrade things.

You don't even need a MAC for it. Just imagine a "computer" like the US$25 Raspberry Pi (raspberrypi [dot] org or on youtube [dot] com/raspberrypiliz ) that's in Alpha phase, and can run stuff on FullHD, w/ a simple monitor (plugged w/ an HDMI -> VGA adaptor), mouse and keyboard and you can basically put Kan Academy on each and every school all over the world.

you don"t need a expensive mac. A inexpensive PC with firefox.IE will suffice.
