First, I felt like I was in the 1960s, standing on a road with big cars driving past me, and in front of me, there was an ocean. But then I continued standing on the road, and there were no cars anymore. I was completely alone, and I felt very cold. I could feel how much I wanted to open my eyes, but I couldn’t. I felt as if my brain had separated from my body-my brain was on its own, and my body was on its own, but I couldn’t feel my body. Still, I felt cold.

The 'Frequency Tuning' channel. Honestly, The best binaurals come from a mind machine rather than a recording. You can check if something is truly binaural by playing it with one ear then 2.

These are Robert Monroe's tapes and he recommends to use good quality headphones to achieve the maximum benefits. These videos consists of hemi-synch waves that generate a balance between your left brain and right brain

​@mistyrious1111starseed No, op is correct. Monroe tapes work on principle of binaural audio, but this track is mono, therefore cannot have binaural properties and doesn't achieve true hemisync.
