Hot tip with those pancake mixes in the bottle...use hot water to fill to just below the line. Give it a good shake and let it sit for 5 mins. Then use. Should thicken up and not be runny. Safe travels!

Port Stephens/Nelson Bay has lovely beaches and huge sand dunes. Great beaches all the way down the New South Wales coast especially south of Sydney. We also enjoyed the small yet gorgeous town of Bellingen 20km inland from Coffs Harbour. Kids can swim in the river and there’s lots of waterfalls along the waterfall way.

Welcome to NSW. That looked like a Blue Tongued Lizard. I don't know how old the videos are, but I assume you are still in my state. Make sure you go to Byron Bay; Port Macquarie; Coffs Harbour; Port Stephens & when in Sydney, you have to go to the Blue Mountains - something away from the beaches. Loving all the videos. Hope you guys make it down to the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. Newcastle has some of the best surf beaches and hands down the Stockton sand dunes will be the best sand boarding you will ever do. You must see these dunes! And Nelson Bay is a piece of magic. The Bogey hole in Newcastle, Mereweather, the ocean baths so many beautiful places and Naru on Lake Macquarie a beautiful spot on the lake for kiddies. Swansea a perfect camping spot and only a stones throw to the vineyards and the Mountains. The upper Allyn and Ladies Well in particular are a must see with free camping sites>

I went to Kingscliff Public school 52yrs ago ..That creek is normally Icey blue clear water ..Great fishing have crossed the Entrance (Kingy Bar) thousands of times its shallow some times you cant get back untill there is enough water so you have to time it with the tides..Great Snorkeling around Kingscliff reef the reef out the front of the Entrance ...Pt Danger was named by Cook because of Fidos and 9 mile reef behind cook Island or Turtle Island that you would have seen when looking back up north from Kingy Beach..

I live in Coffs Harbour area further south, if you want a list of places to see from Coffs out to Dorrigo and down to Kempsey areas, including a free camp site or 2, I can help you out. Coffs has rope bridges etc up in canopy of trees, dad may enjoy trying to walk, there's a rainforest walk there too, which ends at a lookout, seeing as far south as your eyes and weather allows, also the big banana, great fishing in the area, both fresh and salt water, including estuary, beach and rock fishing. The town 10-20min to the south, called Sawtell (where I am), is a quaint coastal village and has a rock pool on the southern headland, near the mouth of the creek and a free BBQ area where bush turkeys roam around. Coffs people had issues with people camping too long in certain places, but you can find a couple spots I won't mention on here, that I can share privately Dorrigo has a national park through rainforest, where you walk under a waterfall and there's also a swimming hole at the base of a waterfall not far from it, which I reckon kids would love, at the base of Dorrigo is a mapped free campsite, on the main road up the mountain, you have to go through Bellingen, which is a must-visit town, historic buildings everywhere, the Hammond and Wheatley building has an ambience about it, and they have pictures of its history on walls Near Kempsey, you have South West Rocks, where there's a convict gaol, that was a pow camp in WWII, and now a museum, it sits just above the beach, and camping grounds (paid sites), further up the hill from gaol, is the grave of a famous convict "The Wild Colonial Boy", which had songs (name in lyrics had to be changed because of laws put in place about glorifying criminals in song) and movies made inspired by his story. Going out west, you'll find "the pub with no beer" Slim Dusty wrote about in the song, it's an ancient pub, full of memorabilia of days gone by, not a lot else out that way, so not somewhere most people visit as a tourist, but still an experience worthy of having. There's going to be some awesome places all the way down to Coffs, way too many to name, but Yamba, Illuka, Minnie Waters and Angourie are worth stopping if you get chance

G’day 💕. Mate, you gotta do something about the headroom in your camper 😁. I love seeing where you are each week 😊. That looked beautiful at Kingscliff, I checked it out on google earth 👍. Yous went for free wifi & legroom with a delicious snack😊. Too right mate, I use barbecue sauce than tomato sauce (ketchup). Better flavour. Did your hubby (husband) enjoy the waves 🌊? Hey guys, the brown in the water is always because of too much fresh water ie rain. Fishing tends to be a no go until the salt water starts to gain ascendancy again. That section of Northern NSW's is God's country. From Tweed Heads all the way down to Port Stephens. Development is limited until you get down to Byron Bay and then further south is less again. Can I recommend you stop into Brunswick Heads. There is a great small beach on the inside of the rock walls at the mouth of the Brunswick River just as you cross the bridge over to the beach access area. Big play areas to chill in including the walking bridge right next to the caravan park. The Brunswick Hotel is a must to do lunch.
