Great video and great information. If you were going to put another brand gel polish over this, and use this strictly as a builder, would you need the top coat? And also if you were to file/shape after biab would you need this top coat on in order to be able to file? Thanks!

Thanks so much ❤️ I always top coat all my gels no matter the brand. If don't use a 2in 1 or a 3 in 1 which is a color gel that already has a top coat I would definitely recommend top coating all your gels to prevent chipping of color. No you don't need to top coat any BIAB before filing they are strong enough to file and shape the nail so then you just top coat at the end.

I use ibd lamp they last until I csoak them 3-4 weeks unless I want to keep them on longer.

No, the great thing about biab is it works without base or top but I use it just to get the longevity use out of the gel nails set.

Hi thanks for watching. From my understanding they are only for professionals. They weren't always for pros only just started that a little less than a year ago. I have heard from one of two people say you can still buy it without a license but from what I experienced myself it's only pro. Hope that helps ❣️

@@BrittbyBit yes this happens a lot with many professional nail brands. I see it with hard gels and acrylic, improper removal and application can lead to a lot of issues. This is definitely one of my favorite bands for sure.

I was having issues with the Clear Builder in a Bottle separating over the Clear Rubber Base. Did you have the same problem??

ReshiK no I haven't, the base has to be very thinly applied and fully cured in the lamp then apply a think introduction layer of builder in a bottler and work you way to building it thicker with layers. Make sure no to cleanse in between layers and that your hands or. Clients hands and all the way in the lamp becouse it can prevent fully curing the product. Hopefully one of those help.

Becouse I used it as an ecaptulating and builder top coat. So I file to clean it up since it's thicker it doesn't leave a slick smooth finish I prefer a regular top coat with a thin consistency. Also I like to show different ways to use a product but that's just my preference. ❤️
