The German Kaiser Has A BIG Problem! Hearts of Iron 4 | Alex the Rambler

Today I'm trying the Victory of a Dual Monarchy mod for Hearts of Iron 4 where Austria won WW1. Germany isn't doing so well - can we win?
This is an alternative history scenario where Austria-Hungary managed to win the Great War and managed to stablize itself, rather than collapse.
The result is a struggle for power in Europe between the German Empire and Austria-Hungary. All while the other powers are desperate to seek their revenge on the victorious Central Powers.
The First Weltkrieg will probably not be the last. Everything lies in your hands to decide who will rule Europe in the Victory of the Dual Monarchy Mod.

Would lettow-vorbeck even have been capable of running that entire swath? Like, he was a soldier and while he was a good guerilla fighter I grant, he didn't exactly have a background in economics or political administration. At least the IRL colonies were split into much smaller units that were usually run by politician and bureaucrats

He can be put in charge of it in kaiserreich, and this mod loves to borrow things from kaiserreich. To be fair, in kaiserreich Hermann Goering is leading Mittelafrika so I guess Lettiw-Vorbeck is better.

Alex me and my friend are trying to play a hoi4 game but when we connect it says we both have a different version even tho we update the game to the modern version regularly and have no mods or dlcs on, pure vanilla we have the same version in the resume and play screen but when we go to the multi player there different can you or someone help me out on this.
