Ok,you know episode "flying kipper",that where *H E N R Y* dead, My theory= at the flying kipper (almost the place where Henry crash),Henry goes to fast and hes break,But cant!,the wheel on fire! (Like James from the andevertu begging) Henry fire goes hes face,and crash into the break Van (part of flying kipper where that Henry crash) Henry burn alive,and Henry say "HELP!IM ON FIRE!" The train who pull the goods train is shcoked,and so scray,after the fire is down,the driver (the driver was jump off Henry cabin before crash),and they call breakdown train,Henry old model was so broken because burn alive,and Henry face,the eyes,is burn,and they just take of Henry face,and rebuild a model for Henry
