ah, I remember watching fireside a year ago talking about the same thing of pathway to get the number 2 or 3 overall pick and get Daniels or Maye, and how Caleb is definitely already a lock to be taken. I hope this isnt a repeat where we just win enough to get away from the top 3 qb prospects. Also honestly I would be pissed if we lose out and Daboll gets fired. Like Mara has got to understand that Daboll can train a good prospect but he needs to get him first. Theyre expecting to have a good coach without good players.

Hyatt has the best game of his career last season with DeVitto as QB against the Patriots who had a decent defense. He is also coming off his best game of the season maybe he get going and looks like the 3rd member of the young WRs they thought they had when the season started.

Not sure if you saw my comment on another video but your interpretation of SOS was off. The SOS on tankathon changes every week bc it is dependent on the opponents current record and has not factored in opponents we haven’t played yet. That’s why our SOS went from .540 to .520 over the course of a few weeks. We have the 6th easiest schedule moving forward and the teams ahead of us have harder schedules. Meaning even if we all lose out our SOS will naturally be lower than the other teams as the year continues. We’re currently pick 4 now just bc our SOS was adjusted again. Cleveland and Tennessee are only .03 and .07 away from us and both of them have harder schedules moving forward. So they’re SOS will go up as ours goes down.

I don't think the idea of cleaning house is the right decision. If you fire everyone the new GM is going to turn over the roster dumping any of the talent on the roster save maybe Dlaw or Thomas would still be here. Everyone else would be gone and the team would again be set back a number of years before they would have a roster without a ton of holes. On the other side I think Schoen needs to draft a QB but if he can get a swing tackle and a CB 1 and give the defense another year in Bowens system and the team could be much better next year and in the future. The right free agent moves with the most capital he has had and another solid draft class and this team can be setup for the long term. Cleaning house will set that back and you wiil get the Gettleman situation all over again. Gettleman striped the roster especially the defensive side when he came in. The result was a team in 2019 with Saquon as a rookie, OBJ and Eli the team had a ton of 1 score games that they lost. Mostly games where they gave up 4th quarter leads had Gettleman not dumped the talent he dumped on the defensive side they may have won a few of those games and could have been a playoff team.

Maybe get Travis Hunter with the number 1 pick??? Pair him up with Malik Nabers?? I know we need desperately need a QB and most people won't agree with me on this but I'm thinking we should take Travis Hunter with the number 1 pick, and then draft a QB in the second or third round, or draft a QB in the 2026 Draft.

I have this same opinion as well except for QB. I think they take a flyer on Justin fields he's on a 1 year deal with Pitt. Draft hunter as DB or WR whichever they see fit. If they still suck then we can go all in on Manning like most fans seem to want once he comes out of college.

The good news, the Titans and Jaguars have to still play each other twice so there are two wins there. Jaguars also have to play the Raiders. The bad news looks like the Browns will lose out. I think the Giants will finish 3rd or 4th. Giants are 8 point dogs to the Cowboys, how sick is that.

I think Jalen Milroe should be a strong QB candidate for the Giants. His rushing ability is on par with like Lamar and Daniels. With the ability of Tyrone Tracy Jr who has shown to have the ability to create big plays in the run game adding a QB with the ability to score from anywhere on the field would give the offense a special rushing attack. Not to mention QBs who are talented in the run game translates to the NFL game immediatley. Allowing them to help drive an offense while they develop in to a better pocket passer. Also Milroe has a very strong arm and can make deep throws with anyone in this class. Milroe can create off schedule which Sanders has not shown the ability to do. Milroe also has a much higher ceiling than Sanders does. I would take my chances with a QB that has 2 elite skills in his rushing ability and arm strength and is a among the most athletic QBs in college or the NFL. He has shown flashes of making throws with both touch and velocity if Daboll can develop Milroe to the point that he comes close to reaching his ceiling he would be a top 5 or 10 QB in the NFL that can make plays with both his arm and his legs.

new rumors surfacing of Joe Schoen unpopularity in the locker room. Not surprising. mis managed roster moves is spreading negativity and this will always creep into field productivity. Letting Barkley go was controversial for sure and a result of DJ contract. I think he was the fuel for DJ as really like a running back DUO. it was never anything that could be sustained. Letting Mckinney go was a straw that likely broke the back a bit. This team has looked off frankly since their 2nd loss. Daboll hasn't been "himself" at all this year. Like he was told to be a stone face and get rid of his emotion. And now Slayton and Azeez could quite likely go with nothing in return. And, if Devito gives us a spark and wins some games ( like even 2 or 3 games ) its going to look EVEN worse on Daboll and Schoen because we failed to pull the plug on DJ when it was kinda clear he was toast after 4 or 5 games I do not want to be negative, but I do not see a path out of this hole. Even a high pick for Ward or Sanders...something doesn't feel right. we are long ways away
