Great video. Gotta need them much more again. One Split I will try for - for more frequency of leg but not long sessions is Push Upperbody/Pull Lower like this exercise And Pull Upperbody/push lower For example Pushups/Bridges Rows/Squats Dips(Pike Pushups)/Bridges Pullup/Lunges Add calfs, neck, core, cardio as time, energy and desire allows. Rest days are done when needet. So If I feel okey - I can train multiple days in a row and if my work is to intense I can take after each workout 1-2 days off.

I think you've demonstrated nearly all possible exercises, but I'm not sure if I've seen you do nordic curls. These are great for the hams. Very difficult, so most people will only be able to just do some hand-assisted up and downs. Only need a good pad under the knees, and something like a double-knotted bedsheet to put under a door.

he has and said he prefers suspension trainer hamstring curls more
@monkeyb182011 ай бұрын
@@proudmisfit4405 the suspension kind have benefits for sure, but overall it's apples to oranges, two different types of movement. note: it turns out I did watch the vid from 2 years ago. NCs are definitely too vigorous for the elderly--but they're not damaging to the hams or kneecaps. They're not easy, but no reason to entirely dodge them if a person is doing body-weight things.

@@monkeyb1820 exercise selection will always come down to what works for you not necessarily about dodging anything. if you enjoy them and they work for you, by all means do them

You said before you don't need to directly train glutes? Just have them activated more?

Every time I try this exercice, after a short while my hands get unconfortable and tingly, like if blood flow was restricted (from my shoulders feels like). I tried changing my hand position but it didn't help. Any tips on how to fix this?
