Chido is not slow as u think,tall athletes have deceptive very fast movements. Their feet cover lots ground. If there are much faster kids playing as strikers all over Europe, then why are they not scoring as many? Even Erling Haaland never reached these numbers in under age club football in Norway moreover. For now Chido is much ahead of his age mates. Soon he turns 17,after a year at 18 he may move to the u21 and we gauge him there

Being realistic he equalled Ellis simms record and Simms hasn't ripped up the footballing world. We do often see a young talent and think they are the next messiah. I hope chido does well but there's many big hurdles he's got to face yet, just playing in the Premier league is a huge step up let's not over cook it

This is so so tragic. Chido Obi-Martin is a unique talent that could have developed into someone like Mbappe if he had gone to the right club (basicaly any other club than United). Instead he will now be ruined by United, loaned out to Barnsley next season and be released in a few years and wind up playing league 1 football with Notts Country. What a waste of such a talent. 😥
