Due to filming laws when it comes to infants, that baby will have been played by like a dozen different kids at least. This scene alone would have required several different babies in order to keep a reasonable filming schedule. Luckily babies that young are very hard to tell apart so long as their skin tone is the same, so you can have multiple kids play the same baby without an audience noticing.

Unfortunately in this digital age, it's very difficult to find out exactly who is involved in creating a song. It would be so easy to add to the KZbin description, or have pop ups on streaming and download sites, but for some reason the industry is set up to ignore a lot of people who contribute. (They will all get royalties, or would have agreed to one-off payments, but the point still stands)

This isn't meant for small children but it does draw from children's fears for some of it's stories such as what's in the dark, what's under the bed, what's in the wardrobe, and much more like this baby eating goblin king Christmas Special. The invoking of superstition at the edge of the universe opened a rift that allowed myth and fantasy to leak in. Plus the Toymaker made a jigsaw of the Doctor's history implying all previous canon is meaningless because any plot holes can be explained away by "the Toymaker messed it up". Personally I hate both ideas with a passion. RTD has given himself the perfect excuse to write the most ridiculous stories and explain it all away as 'magic'. He's never been great at imaginative science fiction and now he doesn't even have to try. People are loving this but having been a fan since Pertwee's days I find it heartbreaking that the show has descended to a level where singing and dancing goblins are considered a great idea. I'll watch Labyrinth if I'm in the mood for that. I'm sure Disney will just love it, though. Look what they did to Star Wars...
