It actually IS an old saying to picture people naked when you have to speak publicly lol. Public speaking or performing is actually the most common phobia amongst all people. I'm a semi-retirement musician but also a social worker who had to teach classes every day in front of crowds. I hated it, until I started using the "naked" trick 😄😅 It really does work! Thanks for reviewing my beloved Golden Girls. That show was one of a kind and we won't see something like that again. RIP Betty White, Estelle Getty, Rue Mcclanahan, and Bea Arthur. Thank you for being a friend! ♡♡♡

It is amazing how many generations love the golden girls. When it first came out they could get away with talking about anything. It was four older women who’s the characters got away with taking scripts to the limit but not crossing almost anyones line.
