How many videos have I seen of dogs being g abandoned in similar situations. Irresponsible owners. I have to say they are more often Asian. Thank you kind rescuers, a Golden Retreiver is a noble breed and is kind and sensitive. This is not an old dog either. It's owner probably had it straight from It's mama and would have been so adorable so why mistreat it and starve it almost to death. It is beyond my comprehension.
