Such an amazing result my bp before watching this video was 130 and 91 after performing yoga as er instructions given in this video my bp come under control and it is 124 and 80 🙏🤩🤩🤩🇮🇳🇮🇳

This helped so much, i have a hyper thyroid and anxiety from childhood and have been trying to find good ways to naturally rely on, instead of blood pressure meds or drugs for temporary anxiety relief. The breathing technique works quickly. It is possible to get over anxiety and high bp without meds!!

In demonstration of dradasan , I think ,one mistake ,may be inadvertently, done .yourself and your companion are lying down with your heads adjacent to each other's . What is right posture for you is left posture for your companion. Pl be careful . Viewers get confused.

You are advising to lie on right posture on folded right armso that left nostril is open . At the same time you are advising to use right arm to get up slowly. Is there little mistake?
