While we were in Oregon, "The Ring" wasn't the only movie we made a pilgrimage to see movie locations from. We also went on an adventure "Just like 'The Goonies'" to see locations that were used for this movie! Grab your treasure map and follow us on this Goonie Adventure!

I knew you'd like this video because if your love for "The Goonies"! 😸 I wish I had watched your video again before heading out on this road trip. Yes, to get the most out of the "Goonies" experience, you have to follow the AL. There's also a movie location app called "Set Jetters" that can help take you to some of the obscure movie locations.

We love visiting Astoria. We couldn’t figure out that car thing at the museum. It’s a beautiful location with good geocaches. Thanks for taking us back to the coast.

That's a place we'd really like to visit. We have seen this movie about a dozen times! The last one was before we completed an awesome Goonies themed scape room here in Madrid.

My father-n-law's dad climbed Haystack Rock back in the 60's. He even made the local papers about his excursion. Today, it is against the law to climb it...protected for animal habitat.
