Hi Fibre Spider, I’m from the UK and have recently found your page. I used to knit a lot and crochet a little but stopped for 30 years then decided I was wasting my life trying other hobbies that I didn’t really enjoy so went back to knitting and crochet and now knit for Charity or crochet for myself and friends. Finding you on KZbin was awesome. I love your patience and how thorough you are. Ok I have to translate US terms to UK but after listening and watching to your instructions, I can do it with ease. Thank you so much for all you do and you are right in what you say. ‘Trefoil’ is pronounced as ‘Tref’ oil and not ‘Tree or Tri’ oil. Well done to you for that as well. Keep up the good work. Loving all your videos. 🤗

Hi Fiber Spider. I just love your knitting and crochet videos. I have made several of your patterns and instructions - things I could never have done without your tutorial. I am new to I crochet, so I follow your every word and consider each one golden. I have been knitting for over 70 years an I remember my mother repeatedly telling me ALWAYS cast on with a needle that is at least on size larger. Voila, the first row is not a bear to get through. Keep on the with great work and I will keep on watching. This pattern is going to be a rectangular shawl. I am going to try a yarn thatbchanges colors with a long stretches between changes. I think it might turn out well.

Beautiful stitch spider thank you and love the written pattern at the top very helpful 👏, I agree with Kathy too I picked up some knitting I had had on my needles for a LONG time to finish it off (it started as a jumper , ended as a snood lol ) but I realised how much I love knitting as well as crochet 😊Amanda xx

Hi FiberSpider, Now you know I don't knit anymore, but when I saw this I decided then and there to dig out the knitting needles. This is such a beautiful lacey pattern that I couldn't resist. Fiber spider.the pattern is lovely but I couldn't help but notice that you struggled with those wooden needles, I struggle with them too so I gave up those wooden needles and went back to aluminum or some other type of needles. Also I would knit this on straight needles not circular. But the pattern is lovely and could be used for a number of projects. Thank you for sharing again.

Love all of your videos. When I start a knitting project I alwaysstart with a straight knit row. I find it easier to get through the pattern and the stitches are not as tight. Happy Stitching

Thanks....This pattern reminds me of some of my not on purpose dropped stitches! I think this would be a lovely scarf as you suggested. I have started knitting again but not too aggressive as my hand appears to be healed but I don't push it..well I am taking it easy anyway.
