This is a wonderful sermon. We all need to hear this! If you think about it, ALL ten commandments are included under loving God and loving others, every one.

We should keep this message of the love of God for us in our hearth constantly, every day a spiritual rest in Him, loving completely God and our neighbors.

God pays attention to detail and gets right to the heart of a matter, HE leaves no stones unturned, and always comes at perfect timing Begg lands the plain like a skilled pilot in the end, i love the sensativity to the spirit towards the cash register at the clerk, that really landed it home for me, its the small almost seemingly insignificant interactions that God gently and boldly speaks volumes, Perfect touch down in a turbulent time

If all the commandments were given to be bounded in our minds and hearts, why then we take the freedom to keep the ones we like and change in them what doesn’t suits us! We call good what is wrong, we call truth what is a lie, we call and keep Sunday and the Sabbath which is not and we think we are being obedient of God’s commandments when we anew not? Because we do not love God with all our heart and mind , because we want to be our own god as satan did! Self love replaces unfortunately, replaces the love for God and of neighbors !

This seems to ring true. Keep the sheep comfortable . I was already a Christian when I heard a pastor in my church teach a very simple message on hell. It is dark it is hot and you don't have to go there. It seemed to sum it up there was a lot of scripture reading and teaching in between but it worked on my young soul. And even though I was already believer I had wandered into living my life for self decided I'd put God in timeout. This rattled my cage I was definitely not comfortable but it is one of the main catalysts that brought me to my knees seeking to restore Christ's lordship with my life and repenting for my wayward ways. So Alistair is right. It is important from time to time that we definitely get uncomfortable

We hear wonderful sermons as this one ,about the keeping of the Law of God given to us by our God, a law of LOVE but yet, most churches who meet for worship on Sunday and called Sabbath are clearly disobeying One of His laws. Who said:”If you obey My Commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and remain in His love”?. With preaching the importance of obeying His love commandments , which in the fourth teaches the glory of our creation by God and to give Him honor and glory , a gratitude for the rest that we will receive in Jesus when we believe His gospel of salvation, by keeping Himself in our place all His Father statutes and paying our death penalty . That commandmen t is a reminder of that grace and rest given to us in His love. Why we do not accept His Sabbath as what it is? His Amazing gift of His Son remembrance. Remember, He said, remember but we forgot! ✝️❤️
