Grew up with this show, Always loved it. And on those HOT summer days, the cowpalace was the best indoor spot to go, as it Was indeed Quite cold...But the reason it was so, was the electronics overheated easily. Fond memories.

Keep up the great work thank you for bringing back great memories I work in the Maintenance department. i was friends I knew the Cowboys pretty good when they would perform at the western junction. the crow show was also popular

ugh by that time i was at Dolphin Pool and in shows but filled in a week there at Cow Palace and got seriously sick of this show! But it was cold....cold! in theater. I remember how shocked i was when i was told it's bunch of cows and NOT a live show! Oh an early happy birthday wish to you, Kenny

Thanks Kathy I work at AstroWorld in 81 and then 82 Cow Palace came and I was working that day when they open and the time I was getting off they was going to open it so I Rush to wardrobe and run to catch the frist show....

Rae Hunt This show ran from 1982 to 2000. It was basically Astroworld's version of Disney's Country Bear Jamboree.

You've got to be kidding they played until 2000? I was long gone by that time! HA the missed being even close to Country Bear Jamboree! I did work there, briefly and I never ever wanted to stand outside even when it was 90+ degrees Got old really fast!

AJ17 I made it to AstroWorld once, in 1999. If it was still there it wasn't running that day. I would have gone in just to escape the read. Funny that no one seems to have a video of the full show posted.
