The guy who wrestled a shark to take back the arm of his nephew out of it's mouth. A random dude i saw fell in the bears section of a zoo, went to the water, the bear followed him, and then he started to wrestle him until the bear just gave up. Wild frank wrestling a male deer until this one gave up too. We are not Apex only because of our cleverness, not even for our teamwork. It's also because we're willing to go where others don't.

@@Xim0ff adrenaline is a substance that is produced by the body unconsciously: you don't decide whether or not to produce it, the body just does that on its own based on the situation. An adrenaline rush, which happens pretty much in all life-or-death scenarios, pretty much removes all muscle limiters, enhances respiration and greatly dulls pain in the short term; in spite of all the incredible effects of adrenaline, it's just a biological response to perceived danger. The main reason why it cannot be banned is that the athlete doesn't choose whether or not to have an adrenaline rush, it's just something that happens.

@@kd2156 Yes, he did lift it. He was the first person to ever deadlift 500kg (1102lb) which was an incredible achievement considering the previous record was 465kg (1025lb). His record was beaten in 2020 by his rival, Hafthor Bjornsson, who lifted 501kg. The 2 became enemies in 2017 when Eddie Hall won the Worlds Strongest Man competition and Hafthor said he did not deserve to win it. They had a boxing match in 2022 and Hafthor won.

For those who dont know, fight or flight scenario is only happening when you have an adrenaline rush, adrenaline rush can be created by fear, anger, sadness and many more feelings. Fight or flight isnt a very strong thing if you think you will be immortal, it only gives a buff of 1.27x power so if you can deadlift 350 kilo you can deadlift 500. But when having adrenaline rush you can not feel any pain as it makes your fight or flight activated for around 20-30 minutes and as known human body can only use the maximum of 73% of our real strenght so since eddie said " i had to train my mind" he ment that a lot of sportsmen can use 100% from training their minds.

The Fight or Flight Reaction Is a CRITICAL mechanic for surviving, the body usually exerts a max force of 60%, which is a rule set by the brain so your bones and limbs wont break, however, in a critical moment, the brain can override this 60% rule and allow the body to exert 100% strength, this power of course, can break the person’s bones and limbs.
