Looks like watered down shaving foam. Was gonna say water and flour, but when they clean up, there's no white residue as there would be with flour after just one wipe. Plus using shaving foam it has fragrance so no extra cleaning

Lindy please read, Have you ever heard of "Party snaps","Snap & Pops","Party Snaps" (all the same thing) they are little pieces of paper that have a tiny amount of explosive inside. Not enough to hurt or cause injury (you can even squeeze them between your fingers) but they make a load bang (not nearly as loud as a firecracker, but just enough to startle) anyways, my brother and I used them to prank each other. Put two or three under each leg of the toilet seat. When someone sits, BANG. Or put them in any door jam, or behind the lip of a drawer. When we were kids my brother rigged my entire bedroom. But the toilet seat is the best one. (Obviously, it's not for public video) but you could have some real fun w these things. The possibilities are endless...lol..Z😂
