In this video l will be sharing my experience with the Greenhouse effect for hair growth. I have been wearing a plastic everyday on my head not knowing l was doing the Greenhouse effect method. Sometimes l would do the baggy method , whereby l would secure my end, apply a leave in and an oil to the ends and put a plastic. The Greenhouse effect method has really helped my to on length retention because we all know ,our natural hair is naturally dry. In order to lock in the moisture you would do the Greenhouse effect for hair growth or the baggy method for length retention.
The Greenhouse Effect method is whereby you wear a plastic on your head after spraying water or rice water fenugreek leave in spray which l use, then l apply my AYURVEDIC hair oil to my scalp and ends for length retention which is the baggy method.
The Greenhouse effect for hair growth can speed up hair growth like never before, even research shows that. The Greenhouse effect method can also be done on low porosity hair. Greenhouse effect on low porosity hair. Well most of us we have low porosity hair which is so hard to retain moisture or to lock in the moisture. The Greenhouse effect method is quiet good to do on low porosity hair.the greenhouse effect method has been in my hair journey starting this year.the baggy method is also helping me to retain the moisture and retain length on my ends which will inturn promote hair growth.
With the greenhouse effect method it can be done overnight or you can leave it in for a couple of hours to lock in the moisture.this is my greenhouse effect hair growth reviews. My hair journey is more smooth now since l started the greenhouse effect method on my hair for hair growth.
The greenhouse effect method for Hair growth can also be for relaxed hair and it's for all hair types. Even with the baggy method, in order to have hair growth you need to lock in the moisture. As you know low porosity hair is very hard to moisturize, the curticles are always closed, but to open them up you need heat. That's where the greenhouse effect method comes in.
Well if was to choose whether l take the greenhouse effect method or the baggy method l would take both because they are so beneficial to your hair growth.

I just started doing the baggying method, I do the baggying method only when I LCO, and I LCO once every 5 days. So each every 5 days I will LCO and the baggying for about 24 hours.

Yes, try to not spray water sometimes, allow your own body heat to distribute the moisture on hair and on scalp

Hello I noticed this was 8 months ago, so do you still do this method and have its overall benefited your hair? For I just stared trying this method. I also want to know if you do it over night, or you only leave it for a couple hours?

I still do it but be careful of moisture overload. Overnight is fine maybe once a week
