The art for this game reminds me a lot about the video game Valiant Hearts. It's a puzzle game by a small team set in WWI that has a lot of historical flavor.

The art reminds me a lot of a indie video game called Valiant Hearts. I wonder if there is a connection? It's very interesting, sad to learn about the artist though.

There is an error in the video. Speech cards only remove threats/hazards for other players not the speech giver. I heard there was a translation error in the rules that caused the confusion.

I won this game in GenCant, and I have to say it's a very frustratingly good co-op. Simple, but hard at the same time. You actually feel the theme and the traumas played on yourself after awhile and dang it if you can never get coffee when you need it. Honoured to have Bernard Verlhac's final artwork & a piece of history

Hey Zee just got a chance to play this with a meetup group and wow, what an oddly strong thematic game with despair and sadness. Very cool and simple game that is quite difficult, but for good reason. Instantly want to get this now.

Thanks Zee- glad you went through the gameplay. I did notice that per the rules, Preparation step Intensity of the Mission, "which determines the number of cards EACH player will be dealt." So, in your case, technically the intensity would be 2, not 8. For my group tonight, it was fairly easy w/o the traps for a first three player game, but I am certain use of traps and/or more players will heighten the tension.

Rules Clarification: If a player uses a speech token, every other player discards a card of that type if they have one in hand, excluding the player that used the token.

Ok Wait...... the moral drop action,, you always transfer 3 cards over after mission success and/or fail. But the extra ones, do you count how many card are left in players hands and add to the 3. Like in this video there's 1 card/hand left on the table so it should be 6 in total that gets transferred, right? Why did he count 5? .... A Also I thought the hand limit is 3. If you have more than 3 cards in your hand at end of mission, those extra ones are counted. e.g Player A has 3 cards left, player B has 4 cards left, C and D has 1. = 3 Morale cards + 1 extra for player B because he/she is over hand limit.

I feel like I would love this game with a sci-fi theme because I love having negative effects you win by getting rid of and co-op. But I don’t like the theme or the artwork here.
