The Groundhog Day of highway exits where the same crash keeps happening

#caughtoncamera: The timeless, classic crash on I-395N at Exit 10C to the northbound GW Parkway just outside of Washington, DC. No serious injuries reported. This is the Groundhog Day of interstate highway exits. This same crash has occurred countless times over many, many years to drivers coming from the on-ramp off of the southbound GW Parkway. It's a dangerous maneuver that should be prevented. Structural and jurisdictional issues make this a challenging one to fix. But VDOT has to change the status quo here. If they can't physically prevent this move, it's time to shut the ramp from southbound GW to northbound I-395. With the improvements at the nearby Boundary Channel exit, there is now a decent alternative to get turned around on the GW Parkway without going through DCA.
